Today's research is focused around the origins of disco. This ties in neatly with the research I have been conducting into funk and should lead in to research about house. I am considering narrowing my research down to the evolution of house music and perhaps techno. So far I have found Isaac Hayes's Theme From Shaft and Loves Theme by Barry White's Love Unlimited Orchestra to have been hugely influencial in the Disco movement of the time. Again, I am using my books and wikipedia as the initial foundation for my research and i will be backing this up with further evidence.
